Waiver of administration, and summary administration in New Hampshire

Where New Hampshire law lets an estate be administered without an inventory, a bond or an accounting, or closed once court supervision is no longer needed, these are the statute’s own words on how: one of the cases a waiver of administration covers, when its closing filing is made, and when an administrator may move for summary administration. Whether a particular estate fits is for the court, or an attorney in New Hampshire; nothing on this page decides it.

For anyone who would rather their family found it all in one place than went looking.

A couple. A parent. An adult child and a parent, doing it together. One sitting starts it; keep it current, and tell someone where it is.
