What the first certified copy costs, each additional copy, and the fee added to each order

$10.00 for the first copy of each certificate, and

$4.00 for each additional copy of the same certificate ordered at the same time.

$2.50 fee for all orders up to 5 certificates; (Add another $2.50 fee for each additional increment up to 5 copies. For example, 6 through 10 copies equals a $5.00 fee and 11 through 15 copies equals a $7.50 fee).

Who may receive a certified copy: a direct and tangible interest

A certified copy of a vital record (death certificate, divorce certificate, birth certificate, or marriage certificate) is issued only to an applicant who has a direct and tangible interest in the record.

The requestor must provide documentation showing eligibility to obtain the death certificate, if you are not eligible to receive the certified copy that you requested, your order will not be fulfilled.
